Background Building Activities
Activity 1:
In this assignment you will add a form to the activities page on the Striped Umbrella website. This form will include objects to collect information from guests who are seeking information about fishing and dolphin cruise excursions. Your client has provided three files to assist you in developing this page. These files can be found in the Student Resources page under Module 12 or in your Dreamweaver Student Files folder. Additional information you will need can be found in your training manual on pages Dreamweaver 229 through Dreamweaver 243. Please do not hesitate to email your mentor using the Subject Line "Request for Help" if you have any problems or questions in creating this page. After completing the pages in your training manual, compare your activities page to Figure I-16 on page 243 and test the form. When you are finished, find this assignment in your Google Classroom and select MARK AS DONE. Your mentor will provide feedback.
Activity 2:
In this assignment you will add a form to the tips page on the Blooms & Bulbs website. The form will allow readers of the site to share gardening tips. Additional information you will need can be found in your training manual on pages Dreamweaver 245 through Dreamweaver 247. Please do not hesitate to email your mentor using the Subject Line "Request for Help" if you have any problems or questions in creating this page. When you are finished, test your form and compare your tips page to Figure I-18 on page 245. You can also use the checklist found under Module 12 on the Student Resource Page. When you are satisfied you have met the requirements, find this assignment in your Google Classroom and select MARK AS DONE. Your mentor will provide feedback.
